Hub & Spoke was recently recognized at the 2021 Monumental Awards and brought home the Achievement Award in the Interior Design category.
Built along the Nickel Plate Trail as a one-of-a-kind master-planned 94,000 square-foot design center, Hub and Spoke is a mixed-use building featuring office space, retail showrooms, Community Connect coworking space, state-of-the-art Makerspace, training facility and an event center, Parallel Design Group (PDG) was truly honored to be chosen as the design partner for this innovative project and hub of the homebuilding and design industries.
Founder of Hub and Spoke David Decker shares, “We selected PDG out of many options to help us execute a unique vision. We had very specific ideas in mind of the fit, feel and culture we wanted to create. PDG was instrumental in bringing our dream to life.”
Partnering with the City of Fishers, Hub and Spoke’s hands-on experiential learning model creates better opportunities to help kids and adults discover their passions and learn the skills needed to live a successful and purpose-driven life. Hub and Spoke’s mission and vision is unmatched to anything in the greater Indianapolis area and will undoubtedly have a profound impact on our community members for years to come.
The original vision for the space was to evoke inspiration and innovation through design and provide an accessible, yet creative, collaborative, and educational environment for members, tenants, students and the community to gather.
Briana Dunkin and Alex Travis led the interior efforts from PDG and had the pleasure of working alongside the following supporting vendors whom provided design excellence to the greater Hub & Spoke entity and tenants within: Officeworks, Lightsource, Eye4Group, Designtex/Di-Noc and Tarkett.
